The PE900*1060 jaw crusher is a medium-large primary crushing equipment of PE series, widely used in mines, sand aggregate plants, construction waste recycling and metallurgy. It crushes hard rocks within compressive strength ≤320MPa, featuring deep crushing chamber, large feeding volume and stable efficiency for medium-scale crushing production lines.

   The 900*1060 wide feed inlet can take raw stone up to 765mm. Deep curved crushing chamber eliminates dead zones for repeated extrusion crushing, uniform finished grain and steady 160-350 tons hourly output.

   Integral cast steel frame with reinforced ribs bears heavy impact. Movable and fixed jaw plates adopt high manganese steel for strong wear resistance, extending service life of vulnerable parts.
3. Flexible Discharge Size Adjustment
   Wedge block adjusting structure without extra gaskets. The discharge gap can be adjusted from 150mm to 280mm simply by one operator to meet different aggregate size demands.
4. Stable Transmission & Low Failure Rate
   Thick forged eccentric main shaft and dual heavy flywheels deliver sufficient torque and smooth low-noise operation. The 90-110kW standard motor provides ample power to avoid stall under heavy load.
