It adopts 1200mm oversized roller diameter and dual 75kW high-power motors, achieving a super-high hourly output of 60–100 tons. The machine supports feed size ≤30mm and adjustable discharge size of 1–30mm. Equipped with industrial-grade full hydraulic system, it realizes automatic gap adjustment, intelligent overload protection and automatic blockage clearing. The thickened welding frame and high-strength roller body adapt to long-term heavy-load operation of large mines, greatly improving production efficiency of fine crushing links.

The super-large rollers provide ultra-strong extrusion and grinding force to process large-volume incoming materials. The hydraulic system monitors load changes in real time and automatically adjusts roller gap and pressure to ensure stable discharging particle size. When uncrushable materials appear, the hydraulic system instantly releases pressure to protect rollers and bearings, then automatically resets to normal working state without manual intervention.
